Valletto Amenities
Parking is an amenity.
Price it like one.
A garage sells one product, at one price, to everybody in the building. The people, the cars and the parking operation are already there. What is missing is the layer that lets you sell something better than a rectangle of concrete.
The equation today
One product. One price. Everybody.
A space a month, and that is the entire menu. The resident on level nine who walks eight minutes to their car pays what the resident beside the elevator pays. Nobody in the building has ever been offered anything else, so nobody has ever had the chance to say yes to it.
Meanwhile the building already employs people who move cars, already knows which car belongs to which unit, and already bills every one of those residents once a month. Three quarters of the machinery for a second product is running.
The change
One garage. Two products.
Standard stays exactly what it is: park your own car, walk to it, drive out. Premium is the same garage with the car brought to the door. The building gets a second product without pouring a single new stall, and the resident who does not want it goes on paying what they paid.
It is optional by construction, which is what makes it saleable. Nobody is repriced and nobody is moved. A resident opts in, and from that moment the plate on their car carries a different entitlement.
What premium feels like
Tap in the elevator. It is at the door.
A resident opens their parking account and taps request. The stand is alerted with the plate, the space and who is asking, so the retrieval can start while the resident is still in the elevator. The walk between a front door and a parked car is the thing being sold, and it is the same walk every single day.
Nothing is detected and nothing is followed. The request happens because a person tapped, which is also why it works in a garage ten floors underground where a phone has no signal to give away.
What it adds up to
Set the two numbers yourself.
We are not going to invent an adoption rate for your building, because we do not have one for anybody's. Move the dials instead: how many residents take premium, and what you decide it is worth. Those two numbers are the whole calculation, and both of them are yours.
Every month
$10,000
Every year
$120,000
Illustrative, and premium parking alone. Valletto sets no rates; the property does.
Where Valletto stops
We are not the valet company.
Valletto does not hire attendants, schedule runners, wash cars, or carry the operational liability for any of it. Your operator does the work, or your own staff does, or a vendor does. Valletto is the software between the property, the resident, the vehicle and whoever is performing the service.
The property keeps the part that decides everything: the pricing, who is eligible, which services are offered, and which operators are allowed to perform them. Where the property is the payment recipient, the charge is created on the property's own connected account - not held by us and passed along later.
What else the car could buy
It is parked for nine hours. It could be doing something.
A vehicle standing still in a garage is the easiest service window anybody will ever get. It is already stationary, already identified by its plate, and already attached to a resident with a card on file. A wash, an interior, a full detail, an EV top-up: each one is a line on the account the parking is already on.
The property picks which services it wants to offer and what they cost, and the resident buys them the way they buy the parking - from the car they are already looking at, on the bill they already have.
The marketplace
You approve the vendors. We do the paperwork.
The property decides which vendors are allowed to work in the building. A vendor gets a work list of plates and locations instead of a text message and somebody's handwriting. The resident pays once, on the account they already have, and the split between the property and the vendor is on the record rather than in a monthly reconciliation.
That is the part worth having, and it is the part nobody builds: not the wash itself, but knowing whose car it is, where it is standing, what was bought, who did it, and who gets paid.
The same operation, five sides
Everything the garage touches, from every seat.
Show us your garage.
Bring one building and the cars that sleep in it. We will set one arrangement up on your own address and show you the premium arrival a resident would actually get.
