How the platform fee works

Guests cover the platform. You do not have to.

By default, the platform fee is passed through to the guest at checkout. That is what lets you run Valletto without a recurring software bill.

No monthly software bill. A platform fee applies only when a transaction happens, and it is normally passed through to the guest by default.

When nothing is moving

A quiet month still costs you nothing.

There is no subscription running in the background. No minimum, no seat count ticking over, and no invoice for a month you did not use.

That is the same sentence in both directions. A busy month is guests covering the platform fee on the payments that happened; a quiet one is nobody paying anything.

Whose side we are on

Our meter only turns when yours does.

A subscription would earn the same whether your stand had its best Saturday of the year or sat empty. The platform fee does not: it only exists on a payment that actually happened, on your stand, first.

Which is also why nobody here has a reason to gate a feature. A capability you cannot reach is a payment that does not happen.

What is in the platform

All of it. Not a starter tier.

There is no locked feature, no upgrade prompt, and no plan comparison table on this page, because there is only one plan, and the platform fee is what funds it.

What the platform fee funds

The same platform,
seen from five sides.

All five of these run on the platform fee, and there is nothing else to buy.
