The front drive

The first thing anyone sees.
The last thing they remember.

You do not run the valet. You live with the curb - twice a day, for every resident, every guest, every tenant's customer.

twice a day,for every single arrival

Recognition

The plate
is the pass.

A permit is filed under the license plate, so a resident is known by the car they arrived in - not by a hang-tag somebody has to remember to hang.

Permits

Who parks here,
and on what terms.

Residents, monthly parkers, hotel guests, contractors, or anyone who walks up. Each arrangement says who pays - and what a car is entitled to.

Residents
A standing arrangement. The resident pays for their own permit, monthly.
They claim it. Nobody assigns a car to a person.
Hotel guests
Posted to the room, night by night, and issued the moment they arrive.
The only permit that issues without being asked for.
Open to anyone
A rate at this location that any driver can buy into for themselves.
No roster, no invite, no operator picking anyone.

Validated parking

The tenant covers
the parking.

A restaurant, a clinic, a leasing office hands out its own validation - dollars off, a percentage, a couple of hours free, or a ceiling on the total. It comes off the guest's ticket and lands on that tenant's monthly invoice, with a minimum and a cap if that is the deal.

Applied to the car while it is still on site, or by a QR code the tenant prints and leaves on the table.

The page they actually see

It arrives with
your name on it.

The link a guest gets opens on your property: your mark, your name, your address and hours, your terms. Not a numbered stub from a company they have never heard of.

What you have to install

Nothing.

No booth, no camera gantry, no card terminal, no cabling in the drive. The plate reading runs on the phone in the valet's hand, and so does the card tap.
