The regular
Your best customer is
a stranger every morning.
The car that comes back every single day is sold the same one-off transaction every single day. Nothing about the hundredth arrival is any different from the first.
Enrolment
Nobody adds them.
They add themselves.
Where a property opens its location up, the offer rides the same link the person already got at the curb. They verify a phone number, and the arrangement and the permit are created in the same act - no roster, no invite, no office visit, nothing to install. They can stop it whenever they like, and it runs to the end of the period they have already paid for.
One enrolment offer per location, and it belongs to the person who took it: nobody else covers it, and it never lands on a hotel folio. If the property has not priced it, the door is not there at all.
At the curb
The plate is
the membership.
The permit is filed under the license plate, so a member is recognized by the car they arrived in. The scan lands, the permit answers, and the arrival is already resolved - there is no checkout left to open and nothing to collect.
The month after
Cars change.
The membership does not.
The money is held by the arrangement, never by the plastic. A permanent plate swap, a rental while the car is in the shop, a wrong car voided at the stand: none of them touch what the member is paying, and none of them can strand it.
One thing does end it. A failed card opens a grace window with a real deadline on it, said in plain words in the portal. If it runs out, the permit stops covering the car and the next arrival is priced like anybody else's.
Not the same thing as Passport
One is a network.
One is a building.
Valletto sells two recurring products and they answer different questions. Park all over town with the same operator and that is a Passport, and it is the operator's revenue. Park at the same address every day and that is a Subscription, and it is the property's.
Not a figure of speech: where a property is the active payment recipient at its location, the charge is created on the property's own connected Stripe account.
Why a building wants one
You cannot build
more spaces.
A property eventually runs out of stalls, and the only fixes are concrete and years. The drive never runs out: the same team already parking the building's cars can park the same resident again tomorrow without a single new stall.
The garage stays exactly the size it is. Every price on this page is set by the operator and the property; Valletto states none of them.

Bring us one address and the cars that turn up at it every day. We will set the arrangement up on your own location and show you the arrival a member actually gets.
