Who has agreed to what

When you hand over your keys, your contract is with the valet company that operates the service. Valletto is not a party to it. We supply the software the company runs on, which is why some of the documents below are ours and some are theirs.

The agreements

One per relationship. Each says who is bound, what being bound took, and what the document covers.

B2B

  • Access to the platform and what the company may do with it
  • Fees, payment and term
  • Data protection, security and retention
  • Text messaging and carrier registration duties
  • Advisory work: property analysis, staffing and pricing proposals
  • Liability, indemnity and confidentiality

Valletto LLC and Staff and partner contacts

Platform User Terms and Staff Notice

Each individual who signs in: attendants, supervisors, managers, owners' team members, and the designated contacts at partner properties.

  • Your account and acceptable use
  • That Valletto is the software provider and not your employer
  • What the platform records about staff: time clock, schedule, activity, photographs, and clock-in location where the employer enables it
  • Text messages sent to you about your shifts

You and Valletto, for the parts of the experience Valletto itself runs: the check-in page, the messages and the payment page.

  • What Valletto is, and what it is not
  • Payments taken through a Valletto payment page
  • Payment disputes and chargebacks
  • Text messages about your valet session

Valletto LLC and Resident

Resident Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

You and Valletto, when you verify your phone number in the resident app. The app shows them at sign-in; these pages are where you can read them again afterwards.

  • Permits, plates and the parking programs your operator offers
  • Fees, billing and recurring charges
  • Text messages and verification codes
  • That the operator, not Valletto, runs the parking facility
  • What the app collects about you, and how long it is kept

Applies to everyone

These two sit under all of the above. Whichever relationship brought you here, they apply.
