1. Program Description

Valletto sends automated, transactional SMS messages in connection with the Valletto platform. Depending on how you use the platform, these may include:

• Guest parking notifications: vehicle check-in, parking updates, retrieval status, payment links, receipts, and support assistance.
• Employee and staff onboarding: account invitations, sign-in links, and operational notifications sent when a valet company adds a team member to use the platform for work.
• Partner onboarding: account invitations and setup messages, including payment (Stripe) onboarding, sent to a partner property's or business's designated contact.
• Account verification and security notifications.
• Operational alerts related to your use of the platform.

All of these are transactional messages tied to an account or service relationship — not marketing.

Example guest messages:

• "Your vehicle has been checked in."
• "Your vehicle is parked."
• "Your vehicle is ready for pickup."

2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile number and selecting the opt-in checkbox, you authorize Valletto LLC to send you automated text messages related to the services described above.

• Message frequency: Recurring messages; frequency varies based on your interactions.
• Message & data rates may apply.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• You may opt out at any time.

3. Opt-In Method

Guests. You opt in to receive guest parking SMS messages when you:

• Enter your mobile number during check-in, and
• Check the box agreeing to receive valet-related SMS communications.

This ensures you have given explicit, documented opt-in consent for guest messaging, as required by TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules. Guest consent must be provided directly by you through the digital check-in interface — attendants and other third parties do not opt you in on your behalf.

Employees and staff. When a valet company adds a team member's mobile number to the platform, Valletto sends account-related messages — invitation, sign-in, and operational notifications — that are needed to use the platform for work. These are transactional messages tied to that employment relationship, not marketing.

Partner contacts. When a property or business is invited to the platform, its designated contact receives account setup and payment-onboarding messages tied to that business relationship.

For employee and partner messaging, phone numbers are provided by the employer or business for platform use. Every recipient — guest, employee, or partner — can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help at any time; message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Valletto does not use these numbers for marketing and does not sell them.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent.

To resume receiving messages, reply UNSTOP.

6. Carrier & Delivery Disclaimers

• No mobile carriers guarantee message delivery.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Delivery is dependent on your mobile carrier and network status.
• Not all carriers or devices may be supported.

7. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Your phone number is used exclusively for the account, valet, and platform messaging described above and will not be sold or shared with third parties. Your contact number will not be shared with third parties for their marketing or other purposes.

8. Terms & Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If material changes occur, we will provide notice at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

Your continued use of Valletto's services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
