For airports

Coming home shouldn’t start with a wait at the curb.

Your travelers leave their car with your valet for days, sometimes weeks. When they come back, tired and pulling luggage, the first thing your airport hands them is either their car or a line. That’s the moment they remember.

What your travelers live with today

Days away, and the ticket is a slip of paper.

They hand over the keys, the ticket goes in a pocket, and it has to make it through the whole trip.

A paper ticket that has to survive a week of travel, and a conversation at the counter when it doesn’t.

Walking out with bags, then standing in line at the booth just to ask for the car.

Waiting at the curb while the car is brought up, with no idea how long it will be.

Finding out what a five-day stay costs only once they reach the window.

Hunting for cash to tip the valet at the end of a long day.

None of that is your valet team’s fault. They’re working with the tools they’ve been given.

What it becomes

They ask for the car on the way out. Your valet team is already bringing it up.

The ticket is a text. Travelers get their ticket on their phone when they hand over the keys, and it keeps working for as long as the car is parked, whether that’s one night or two weeks.

Ask from baggage claim. Travelers request their car from their phone while they wait for their bags, and your valet team starts bringing it up. No line at a booth.

They can see it coming. Their phone shows when the car is on the way, when it’s ready, and where to pick it up.

Pay for the whole stay in a tap. A stay of several days is priced the way your operator’s daily rates are set. Travelers see what they owe and pay from their phone, with Apple Pay or a card, as they ask for the car.

Tipping in a tap. Travelers can tip the valet team from their phone. No cash to hunt for after a long trip.

A calmer curb. Fewer people lined up at the booth asking for a car or a price, so your valet team spends its time bringing cars up.

Revenue you can check. Every stay, payment and tip is recorded by car, date and amount, and your operator can export them, so your share of valet revenue can be checked down to the transaction.

How it works

One trip, three moments.

a text, not a ticketasked from baggage claimpaid, and waiting

Drop-off: the traveler hands over the keys and the ticket arrives on their phone. It keeps working until they’re back, however long that is.

Coming back: they ask for the car while they wait for their bags, and your valet team gets the request right away.

At the curb: the stay was paid on their phone when they asked for the car, it’s waiting, and a tip is a tap.

What it costs the airport

Nothing to the airport.

Valletto is software your valet company runs on. There’s no software bill and no hardware to install at your curb, and Valletto earns a fee on payments that run through it, added to the guest’s payment by default. Ask the operator already running your valet to switch, or make it part of your next valet contract.

Travelers pay for their stay from their phone, at the rates your operator already charges.

Travelers who would rather pay at the curb still can.

Every transaction is on record, so concession revenue reconciles from your operator’s export instead of a spreadsheet rebuilt by hand.

We’ll reach out to them and copy you on the conversation. If they already use Valletto, it’s one phone call to switch on for your airport. If your valet contract is up for bid, we can help you write the technology requirements.
