For casinos and resorts
The show lets out all at once. Your guests shouldn’t leave in a line.
You built a night people plan around: the floor, the restaurants, the headliner. For most guests it ends at the valet podium, holding a paper ticket and wondering whether their parking was comped. At a resort without a floor, it’s the same story after the dinner seating or the pool closes.

Everyone, at the same podium, at the same time.
The night was great. The last half hour at the curb is what they drive home thinking about.
A line at the podium after the show, because the whole room left at once.
A paper ticket that has to survive a night on the floor.
A comp a host promised, explained all over again at the curb.
Hotel guests and day visitors in the same line, sorting out who pays what.
Hunting for cash to tip the valet, at the end of a long night.
None of that is your valet team’s fault. They’re working with the tools they’ve been given.
What it becomes
They ask for the car on the way out. It’s at the door when they get there.
No crowd at the podium. Guests request their car from their phone as they leave the show or the floor. Their phone shows when it’s on its way and when it’s ready, so they wait at the bar or in the lobby instead of the curb.
Comps settled before the curb. A host applies the validation to the guest’s car from their own screen, or the guest scans a code you place at the desk. It’s on their ticket before they ask for the car, so nobody argues it at the podium.
Hotel guests and day visitors, each handled their way. A hotel guest’s parking goes on the room. A day visitor pays on their phone, or has it validated. Same curb, and nothing to sort out in line.
No ticket to lose. Everything is on the link we text to their phone. There’s no app to download.
Tipping in a tap. Guests can tip the valet team from their phone, even when their parking was comped.
Every comp on the record. Only the staff you choose can apply comps, and each one shows who applied it and when. The month’s validations sit in one place instead of a stack of stamped stubs.
How it works
One night, three moments.
During the night: the comp is on the guest’s ticket, from a host or a code at the desk.
After the show: the guest taps for their car as they walk out, and your valet team gets the request instantly.
At the door: the car is there and parking is settled, whether it was comped, charged to the room or paid on their phone. A tip is a tap.
What it costs the property
Nothing to the property.
Valletto is software your valet company runs on. There’s no software bill and no hardware for your team to install, and Valletto earns a fee on payments that run through it, added to the guest’s payment by default. You’re simply telling the operator already working your drive which software to use.
Day visitors pay for their own parking, on their phone.
Hotel guests’ parking is charged to the room, and the charges are ready for your night audit on the schedule you set.
Comps and validations run through the arrangement you already have with your operator.
