For country clubs
Your members shouldn’t be a ticket number at their own club.
Inside, your staff greet them by name. The front drive is the first and last part of every visit, and it should feel just as familiar as the rest of the club.
What your members live with today
Known by name inside. A paper stub at the drive.
Years of membership, and the drive still treats them like a first visit.
A paper ticket that has to survive eighteen holes, a locker room and lunch.
Walking out after the round, then waiting at the drive while someone runs for the car.
A guest explaining at the curb who invited them, while someone checks.
Not sure whether to tip, how much, or with what.
Tournament days and wedding nights, with a line at the stand that everyone remembers.
None of that is your valet team’s fault. They’re working with the tools they’ve been given.
What it becomes
Their car is on file. It’s at the drive when they walk out.
The plate is the membership card. A member’s car is on file under its license plate. The valet scans it with their phone at arrival, so there’s no ticket to hold on to.
Ask from the clubhouse. Members request their car from their phone on the way out of the grill room or the locker room, and it’s waiting at the drive.
A guest, covered by the club. When you want to host a member’s guest, your staff cover that guest’s parking from the club’s own screen. No conversation at the curb.
Valet stays the way your club runs it. It can be complimentary or included in dues, or members can pay their own monthly parking automatically. Nobody in the office reconciles it by hand.
Event nights, handled. For tournaments, weddings and galas, guests get their ticket by text, so they ask for the car from the table instead of lining up at the stand.
Tipping, only if your club allows it. For a no-tipping club, your valet company turns tipping off. Where it’s allowed, members and guests tip from their phone.
How it works
One member, three moments.
Arrival: the member’s car is on file under its license plate. No ticket to keep through eighteen holes.
After the round: the member taps for the car from the clubhouse, and your valet team gets it instantly.
Leaving: the car is there when they walk out.
What it costs the club
Nothing to the club.
Valletto is software your valet company runs on. There’s no software bill and no hardware to install, and the valet team uses their phones. You’re simply telling the operator already working your drive which software to use.
Valet stays however your club runs it today: complimentary, in dues, or paid by each member.
Guest parking runs through the arrangement you already have with your operator, on one monthly statement.
Valletto earns a fee on payments that run through it, added to the guest’s payment by default.
A license plate is looked up only within your valet company’s own records, never across other valet companies. How we handle plates
Get started
Tell us who runs your valet.
We’ll reach out to them and copy you, so your house committee can see the conversation happened. If they already use Valletto, it’s one phone call to switch on for your club.
