For hospitals
Nobody coming to your hospital should have to think about parking.
They’re arriving for an appointment they’re nervous about, often running late. They’re sitting with someone for hours, or bringing someone home. Your entrance is the first and last thing they see, and it should be the easiest part of their day.
Tell us who runs your valetWhat your patients and visitors live with today
A conversation at the curb, when they’re already running late.
The visit is on their mind. The parking shouldn’t be.
Explaining at the curb whether they’re a patient or a visitor, while the appointment time passes.
A ticket stamped at the clinic desk, then questioned again on the way out.
A family sitting with someone all day, quietly doing the math on what the parking will cost.
Waiting at the door on discharge day for a car nobody has gone to get yet.
Hunting for cash or a card at the curb, on a day that’s already hard enough.
None of that is your valet team’s fault. They’re working with the tools they’ve been given.
What it becomes
Hand over the keys and go straight in. The car is waiting when it’s time to go home.
Straight to the appointment. Whoever drove hands over the keys at the entrance and goes inside. Their ticket is a link on their phone, so there’s nothing to explain at the curb and nothing to lose in a waiting room. No phone? They can still ask for the car at the entrance, the way they always have.
Validated at the desk, from their own phone. Your front desk or clinic can keep a code on the counter. A patient scans it and their parking is validated, with no stamp to collect. Your staff can also validate a car by its plate.
Patients and visitors, each on their own terms. A patient validation and a visitor validation can be set up differently, with time off, an amount off, or a cap on a long day, so a family sitting with someone isn’t watching the cost climb.
Going home without the wait. On discharge day they can request the car from their phone before they come down, and see when it’s at the door.
No cash conversation at the curb. Anything a validation doesn’t cover is paid on their phone, and a tip is a tap if they want to leave one.
Every validation, accounted for. Each one your staff or your codes give out is listed month by month where your team can see it, instead of a stack of stamped tickets somebody reconciles by hand.
Nothing about anyone’s health. Valletto holds a phone number and a license plate to get the car back to the right person. It never asks why someone is at the hospital. Trust and security
How it works
One visit, three moments.
Arrival: whoever drove hands over the keys at the entrance and goes straight in. Their ticket is already on their phone.
At the desk: a scan of your code validates their parking, on the terms set for patients or for visitors.
Going home: they request the car on the way down and it’s waiting at the door. Nothing to settle at the curb.
What it costs the hospital
Nothing to the hospital.
Valletto is software your valet company runs on. There’s no software bill and no hardware for your facilities team to install, and Valletto earns a fee on payments that run through it, added to the guest’s payment by default. You’re simply telling the operator already working your entrance which software to use.
The validations you give patients and visitors are billed through the arrangement you already have with your operator.
Anything a validation doesn’t cover, the driver pays on their own phone.
