For senior living communities
Nobody who lives here should wait outside for their own car.
Your residents still drive. Their families visit on weekends, and caregivers arrive every day. Every one of them starts and ends a visit at your front door, and each of them deserves to be expected there.
Tell us who runs your valetWhat your front door feels like today
The same faces, treated like strangers.
People who come every day, or every Sunday, start from scratch at the stand every time.
A resident waiting outside, in the heat or the cold, while their car is brought around.
A hang tag to hang on to, and to replace every time someone changes cars.
Family explaining at the stand who they’re here to see.
A caregiver sorting out parking every morning before their visit can begin.
A call to the front desk, then a call from the front desk to the valet stand, then a wait.
None of that is your valet team’s fault. They’re working with the tools they’ve been given.
What it becomes
Everyone who comes through your front door is expected.
No more waiting outside. Residents can ask for their car from their phone before they leave the apartment, see it’s on its way, and find it at the door when they get there. Residents who’d rather not use a phone can still call the front desk, the way they always have.
The plate is the permit. No hang tags, and nothing to reissue when someone gets a new car. The license plate they already have is their permit.
Families get a text, not a line. When a visitor hands over the keys, they get a text with a link. They can ask for the car back before they say goodbye, and tip the valet from their phone.
You can cover the visit. If the community pays for family parking, your front desk validates the visit in a couple of taps while they’re inside, and it comes to you on one monthly statement instead of at the stand.
Regular visitors, on file. The daughter who comes every Sunday and the aide who comes every weekday can be added by your office with a mobile number, each on an arrangement of their own. You decide who parks free and who pays for their own monthly permit, at a rate you agree with your valet company.
A quieter front desk. Fewer calls to relay to the valet stand, and monthly parking that bills itself for residents who pay their own.
How it works
Three people, one front door.
A resident who still drives: her car is on file under its license plate, on the arrangement you set for residents. There’s nothing to hang from the mirror.
Family on a Sunday: her son gets a text when the valet takes the car. If the community covers family, your front desk validates the visit, and there’s nothing to pay on the way out.
Ready when they are: the car is asked for from a phone while everyone’s still inside. It’s at the door when they walk out. Nobody waits outside for it.
What it costs the community
Nothing to the community.
Valletto is software your valet company runs on. There’s no software bill and no hardware to install, and Valletto earns a fee on payments that run through it, added to the guest’s payment by default. You’re simply telling the operator you already work with which software to use.
Residents who pay for their own parking are billed monthly, automatically.
The visits you choose to cover, caregivers’ included, arrive on one monthly statement, visit by visit.

We’ll reach out to them and copy you, so you can see the conversation happened. If they already use Valletto, it’s one phone call to switch on for your community.
