Valletto LLC · Platform User Terms
Effective Date: September 8, 2026
These Platform User Terms (the "User Terms") apply to you when you sign in to the Valletto platform (the "Platform") as an individual: as an attendant, supervisor, manager, or other team member of a valet company, or as the designated contact of a property or business that partners with a valet company. By signing in, you agree to these User Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
These User Terms do not replace other documents that may apply to you. A valet company is bound by the Master Service Agreement at valletto.io/terms. A guest who parks a vehicle is bound by the Guest Terms and by the terms posted by the valet company. A resident who uses the resident application is bound by the Resident Terms shown in that application.
1. Your Account
- Your account is created by the valet company or business that invited you (your "Organization"). Valletto verifies you by sending a one-time code to your mobile phone number.
- Your account is personal. Keep your phone and sign-in codes secure, do not share your account, and do not use anyone else's.
- Your Organization controls your role, your permissions, and whether your account remains active. Valletto acts on your Organization's instructions.
2. Valletto Is the Software Provider, Not Your Employer
- Valletto provides the software your Organization uses to run its operations. Valletto does not employ you, does not set your pay, hours, schedule, or tip arrangements, and does not supervise your work.
- Time-clock, schedule, tip, and payroll figures shown on the Platform are calculated from settings your Organization configures. Questions or disputes about wages, hours, tips, schedules, or employment records are between you and your Organization.
- Nothing in these User Terms limits any right you have under employment, wage and hour, or other applicable law.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for your Organization's work and in accordance with its policies and applicable law;
- Enter accurate information, including vehicle details, session actions, and time-clock punches;
- Keep guests' information confidential and use it only to provide the valet service. Do not copy, photograph, share, or use guest phone numbers, plates, or vehicle information outside the Platform or for any personal purpose;
- Not access records you are not authorized to see, not attempt to circumvent access controls, and not use automated tools to extract data;
- Not interfere with the Platform or introduce harmful code; and
- Report a lost device, a compromised account, or misuse of guest information to your Organization promptly.
4. Notice to Valet Staff: Information the Platform Records
If you work for a valet company, the Platform records the following information about you so that your Organization can run the operation and keep time and payroll records:
- Account details: your name, mobile phone number, email address, role, and the profile photograph your Organization asks you to provide. The photograph identifies you to colleagues, managers, and guests inside the Platform. It is not used for facial recognition or any other biometric identification.
- Time and schedule: clock-in and clock-out punches, shift assignments, schedule changes, and time-card records.
- Device location at clock-in and clock-out: only where your Organization has enabled a clock-in radius for a location, the application checks your device's location at the moment you punch in or out to confirm you are near the stand, and records the result. This happens only while the application is in use. The Platform does not track your location continuously or in the background.
- Activity: which sessions you handled, the actions you took, and when, so that the record of each vehicle is complete.
- Photographs you take: vehicle and plate images you capture with the application are stored with the session they document.
Your Organization is the controller of this information and decides how it is used for scheduling, payroll, and accountability. Valletto processes it on your Organization's instructions, keeps it for as long as your Organization and applicable law require, and does not sell it or use it for advertising. The Privacy Policy describes retention and your rights. To exercise a right over your information, contact your Organization; you may also contact Valletto at privacy@valletto.io.
5. Partner Contacts
If you sign in as the designated contact of a property or business that partners with a valet company, the Platform records your name, contact details, and the actions you take in the partner portal, such as issuing validations, managing parking arrangements, or reviewing invoices. Payment setup, where offered, is completed with the payment processor under its own terms. Information you enter is shared with the valet company you partner with so that it can provide the service.
6. Text Messages
Valletto sends account and operational text messages to the mobile number your Organization provided: sign-in codes, invitations, and notifications about your work on the Platform. These are transactional messages, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Because sign-in codes are sent by text, opting out may prevent you from using the Platform. See the SMS terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valletto disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
- Valletto is not liable for decisions your Organization makes, including decisions about your pay, hours, schedule, tips, or continued access to the Platform.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valletto's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these User Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. General
- Valletto may suspend or close an account at your Organization's request, or if these User Terms are violated.
- These User Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- We may update these User Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated User Terms.
- If any provision of these User Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
