Feature Guide · Subscriptions
One recurring plan.
One property.
A Subscription gives a resident, employee, tenant, club member, or other regular unlimited valet under one property's configured terms. The property relationship owns the plan; Valletto makes the coverage usable at the curb.
The boundary
Subscription coverage stops at the property line.
Unlike an operator-owned Passport, a Subscription belongs to one property arrangement. The property or operator defines the offer and rate. Any example price used to explain the feature is illustrative, not a rate set or recommended by Valletto.
What it is
Property-ownedIt is a recurring, flat-price parking plan that can cover qualifying valet visits at one property. When an active permit matches the arriving plate at that property, a covered visit resolves to zero due at the curb. Today's package editor creates the current monthly, auto-renewing plan shape; it does not expose day-by-day schedules or a maximum number of permits.
Who uses it
Residential
Residents and tenants
A recurring plan replaces repeated guest-rate transactions for covered vehicles.
Workplace
Employees
A property can offer ongoing parking to an eligible workforce group.
Membership
Club or venue members
Regular patrons receive property-specific coverage under published plan terms.
The setup order
→Terms are intentionally generic: providers choose their own prices. The current package shape renews monthly.
The daily loop
The valet checks in the vehicle by plate. Valletto looks for active coverage at that location and applies it to the visit. The resident can see the active visit and request the car. Renewal, upgrade, cancellation, or failed payment changes the permit state that the curb workflow relies on.
The edge cases
A lapsed or failed subscription cannot keep granting coverage. A plate cannot quietly hold overlapping active permits at the same place. Resident guest sponsorship is not part of the current product; an arriving guest receives an ordinary guest session unless a separate, already-established relationship applies.
The current resident surface shows payment and permit state but does not expose full self-service subscription management. A resident who needs to change or cancel a plan should follow the property or operator's current support process.
What it deliberately does not do
It does not provide universal parking across an operator portfolio, guarantee every day is covered, or let Valletto dictate price. It also does not turn a property's eligible-person list into consent to buy. A holder-funded plan becomes coverage only through the holder's own activation and confirmed payment.
What it connects to
A Subscription connects a property package, a person, their vehicles, recurring payment, a permit, and the active valet visit. If the property collects funds through its connected account, settlement belongs to that property's payment relationship rather than a platform-wide pool.

The Resident Experience turns that permit and the live valet visit into a focused mobile parking surface.
