The Brickell Towers are a pattern, not a named operating group.
This article uses “the Brickell towers” to describe dense residential buildings in Miami's Brickell district, not a single property, brand, or coordinated valet network. We have not audited any building's operation.
Miami-Dade's public transit pages show Brickell as a multimodal district served by Metrorail, Metromover, buses, and trolley routes. That public context supports the narrow point: every private arrival court operates inside a busy shared movement system.

A retrieved vehicle is not ready to move if the exit path has nowhere to receive it. Pulling more cars into that condition makes the building less resilient.

A tower needs an internal truth that can recognize an external constraint.
Stage-level timestamps and a live request board show whether work is waiting on the team, the garage, or the curb, so managers do not answer every slowdown with the wrong lever.
The takeaway: in a dense cluster, the neighboring operation is part of your environment even when it is not part of your company. Good control starts by seeing that boundary clearly.
